Reiki ~ a system of natural healing

This hands-on treatment can be comforting when life is tough, when we feel overwhelmed or disconnected, at times when there is a sense of isolation. Reiki can bring feelings of peace, centredness and an ability to cope better with the challenges of life.

Reiki promotes our own bodies natural ability to heal. Working with chakras and the physical body.

Reiki can be received alongside conventional treatments, it is non-intrusive, you are fully clothed and there are no known contra-indications.
